ma jagasin oma blogi oma USA sõpsiga, ja mõtlesin et kirjutan ühe postituse tema jaoks inglise keeles, kui ma viitsin kunagi siis tõlgin eesti keelde ka ( i shared my blog with a US friend, therefore thought i would write a post in english, if i'm ever bothered, i will translate to estonian)
so i completely forgot to mention that i went to the zoo and seaworld the other day, that was pretty awesome. the zoo is pretty huge and the "cages" are not that bad for the animals. i mean if you think about the zoo in tallinn, most of the animals live in super small confined spaces, but here they have a pretty decent area to be in. that's one thing i liked, but also the way they have designed the walking paths for people. when you're in the rainforest area, you are actually walking in a jungle kind of, the walking paths are on different levels, so you can see people above and below you, there's water features around and it makes it feel very awesome. there's also like a cable train running over the zoo which you can ride for free.
seaworld was pretty amazing as well. i'm not that happy about how they keep the animals there, but the experience was still good, they have rides there which makes it super fun. i've never been a huge fan of amusement parks but Ann made me ride the rides and it was actually pretty awesome.
so we also went on the boat party, which was frickin great. there's just nothing like jumping into the water from a boat. and it's special to watch the sunset on a boat. Ann's client from turquoise invited us and we went with all the roommates. the guy also had one of his friends there, who was super friendly and nice and invited us to go to Omnia with him (the nightclub). being the crazy stupid estonian girls we are, of course we went. and it turned out to be a great time.
everything that happens here, it's very difficult to put in words. today 4 of the roommates left. they went on a trip to las vegas. when i got home today, there was no one here. only empty spaces where there used to be their stuff. i actually felt so sad and empty that they left. this place has grown on me, i have fallen in love with san diego and the experience i have had here.
but Henri has always said to me : don't be sad that it's over, be happy that it happened. and it's true, i am super happy that i came to san diego, met all the amazing people, got to work in two very interesting places.
i'm sorry this was a long blog but i just feel so emotional about this part of my summer ending soon. oh and i don't think i've mentioned, i'm heading to LA soon and NYC, so my time in US is not over yet.
ok picture time.
